Whether you have lymphedema, lipedema, need post-op products and tips or you just want some simple places to get thing that will help keep your lymphatic system operating optimally you will find some resources here.
These are by no means the only resources out there, but these are the top ones that my clients have loved and have found useful and ones that I believe in and trust. Compression wear for lymphedema and everyday. Compression Guru sells medical grade compression garments. Yes it is important to wear medical grade!! Bras for breast cancer survivors, lymphies and everyone else. Prairie Wear makes sustainable bras they one called the Hugger Aria that are specificity designed for lymphatic flow and anyone who has had lymph nodes removed or has lymphedema. Ready to learn more about Lymphedema and how to manage it? Want to learn from someone who has been there and done that and has lymphedema? Then this might just be the course for you! Amy offers a Lymphedema Blueprint Course that dives deep into all the aspects of this disease and helps “individuals take control of their lymphedema management.” Amy also offers one on one couching sessions and has her own brand of Fast N Easy compression. A treasure trove of information and resources for people with lipedema. The European company Lipcura is a great one stop shop for lipedema information. They have a wonderful blog full of recipes and advise for living your best. They even have a self test you can take to free to see if have lipedema. Check them out @ www.lipocura.com

My favorite educational influencers to follow. The very best educational influencer that I know for lymphatic health and wellbeing is Leah. She is an expert educator and truly understands lymphatics plus very funny, humor is medicine too. Leah’s channels are LymphLoveClub, you can check her out on Instagram, FB and watch her videos here on Youtube. For other general holistic health that is local to KC area I also suggest you follow Spirit of Health. They have great resources and information for free on their Instagram channel or on youtube you can check them out here, spiritofhealthkc. Lastly another of my top favorite overall health education influencers is Dr. Motley out of Nashville. He has a pod cast called the Ancient Health podcast and you can check out his youtube channel here.
