Whether you have lymphedema, lipedema, need post-op products and tips or you just want some simple places to get thing that will help keep your lymphatic system operating optimally you will find some resources here.
These are by no means the only resources out there, but these are the top ones that my clients have loved and have found useful and ones that I believe in and trust. Post Operative compression You will be in your compression garments for a while!! They are an investment, but like every other part of your surgery going cheaper is not always better. Some off the rack items will work, but if your surgeon has not given you suggestions on where to get your garments or has not ordered them for you I highly recommend Marena they have a full line of bodysuits aka fajas, binders etc.
Ready to learn more about Lymphedema and how to manage it? Want to learn from someone who has been there and done that and has lymphedema? Then this might just be the course for you! A treasure trove of information and resources for people with lipedema. The European company Lipcura is a great one stop shop for lipedema information. They have a wonderful blog full of recipes and advise for living your best. They even have a self test you can take to free to see if have lipedema. Check them out @ www.lipocura.com

My favorite educational influencers to follow. The very best educational influencer that I know for lymphatic health and wellbeing is Leah. She is an expert educator and truly understands lymphatics plus very funny, humor is medicine too. Leah’s channels are LymphLoveClub, you can check her out on Instagram, FB and watch her videos on You tube.
For other general holistic health that is local to KC area I also suggest you follow Spirit of Health. They have great resources and information for free on their Instagram channel or on youtube you can check out. Jenna with Root and River Wellness offers lebowitz protocol and BodyTalk sessions to help clients dig deeper into root causes of illness and uses herbs to help your body clear out infections, fungus etc. Lastly another of my top favorite overall health education influencers is Dr. Motley out of Nashville. He has a pod cast called the Ancient Health podcast and you tube channel.

ALL thing lymphedema The lymphedema advocacy group has a wealth of knowledge, educational resources and so much more for those dealing with lymphedema. They have videos, compression supplier lists and other education and advocacy materials.
