Lymphatic Face Brushing

Lymphatic facial brushing is a very gentle technique designed to support the natural movement of lymph fluid in the face and neck. It uses extremely light, slow strokes with a soft brush to encourage drainage through the body’s lymphatic pathways. Unlike deeper massage techniques, it should never involve pressure that causes discomfort, redness, or bruising.

This type of work is often used to help reduce temporary puffiness, support sinus drainage, promote relaxation, and enhance the appearance of facial contour by encouraging healthy fluid movement. The strokes are always directed toward the lymph nodes in the neck, where the body naturally processes and filters fluid.

Offered as an add-on service, this treatment adds 15 minutes to any session you select. You will also receive your own soft facial brush to take home, allowing you to continue the practice daily. We recommend arriving without makeup for this service to help maintain the cleanliness and longevity of your brush.

This is a very soft, soothing experience designed to complement your lymphatic session, leaving you feeling relaxed, cared for, and refreshed.

In the face, this technique is often used to:

  • Reduce puffiness (especially under-eyes or jawline)

  • Support sinus drainage

  • Improve facial contour appearance temporarily

  • Encourage relaxation in facial muscles

  • Support post-treatment recovery (like facials or certain cosmetic procedures, when appropriate)
