By identifying and addressing the root cause of your symptoms rather than just masking them
What Is the Lebowitz Protocol?
The Lebowitz Protocol is a specialized, functional testing method developed by Dr. Michael Lebowitz, a leading expert in the field of integrative and nutritional medicine. This protocol is designed to uncover hidden stressors and imbalances in the body that may not show up on standard lab tests. It uses muscle response testing (also known as Applied Kinesiology to learn more click HERE) to identify underlying causes of chronic health issues — including stealth infections, environmental toxins, food sensitivities, and organ dysfunction. This protocol helps to restore the body’s ability to heal itself -with out diagnosing any disease or illness.
“This protocol offers a non-invasive, personalized approach to wellness, guiding your practitioner in selecting the right support for your body, whether that’s targeted supplements, dietary adjustments, or detoxification strategies.” -Dr. Lebowitz

What is Applied Kinesiology (AK)
What Is Applied Kinesiology?
Applied Kinesiology is based on the idea that every organ or body dysfunction is linked to a specific muscle weakness. It was developed in the 1960s by Dr. George Goodheart. This system cannot be used for definitive diagnostics, but they can get clinical insight.
.
Practitioners use manual muscle testing to:
Find chemical, or emotional imbalances
Determine the underlying cause of a health problem
Decide on treatments (like nutritional supplements, or acupressure)
How Does It "Work"?
Here's how a typical session might look:
Muscle Testing
The practitioner asks the patient to hold out an arm or leg and resist pressure. The practitioner then applies force and observes the muscle's strength or weakness.Stimulus Testing
The practitioner may place a vial containing a substance (like a vitamin or allergen) on the client’s body or hold it over an acupoint , and then retest the muscle. Per the theory, if the muscle weakens or strengthens, that tells the practitioner whether the substance is helpful or harmful. What’s Next
Based on these tests, the practitioner may suggest:Nutritional supplements
Chiropractic or other referrals
Diet changes (most are temporary changes to allow your body a break and speed up the body’s own healing process.)
Acupressure or reflex point therapy
Lebowitz protocol or other AK methods are not intended for diagnosis or treatment of a medical condition nor is any of this or anything discusses in sessions considered medical advice. Only a medical doctor can diagnose or treat medical conditions.
